Boron nitride

Boron nitride (BN) is a layered material with the same hexagonal structure as graphene and is made up of nitrogen (N) and boron (B) atoms. It is an excellent electrical insulator, offers high thermal conductivity, good resistance to thermal shock and is colourless:
